Senior Neurological Physiotherapist

Nicky grew up in Tauranga and after travelling the world she has settled back here with her young family. 

She has gained a wide range of experience across a variety of clinical settings both in the New Zealand health system and in the United Kingdom. Her fascination with how the brain works has kept bringing her back to neurological rehabilitation from the very acute stage, through inpatient rehabilitation and the transition back to leading a full and meaningful life at home. 

As well as neurological rehabilitation Nicky has experience with helping older adults maintain independence and in falls prevention. Helping people achieve goals that are really meaningful to them is what really drives her. 

In her spare time Nicky can often be found at the beach with her two kids and dog.
