The Rehab Team provides individualised assessment and rehabilitation for people living with neurological and complex disabilities within Tauranga and surrounding areas. Your rehabilitation is provided in the most important place possible - your home.
It is both our passion and expertise to help people improve their mobility, daily living skills, health and wellbeing following a recent neurological diagnosis or those living with long-term conditions.
