-Payment of services: Invoices will be sent to listed email address on same day of appointment with payment due via internet banking in 7 days.
-Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans change and you may need to change your appointment time. To allow The Rehab Team to offer your appointment time to another person we ask for 24 hours notices.
-Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment - 50% cancellation fee
-Cancellations within 3 hours of your appointment or no-show appointments - 100% cancellation fee
-Travel Charges: Additional travel charges outside of Tauranga, Papamoa region applies at the rate of $70 per hour + 91c per km to and from your location to our travel boundary.
-People who live outside of Tauranga: We understand that living outside of the Tauranga region is a barrier to seeing one of our clinicians. We have three options to help:
Online Appointments
Room hire option: We have the ability to hire a room at a local community centre. This fee ranges from $25-35 depending on room size and availability.
Clincian travels to you: If you live close to Tauranga, you may still prefer an in-home appointment. This will involve an additional travel charge to cover clinician travel time and travel allowances (see travel rate above).
-Administration fee: All non-clinical report writing or additioanl administration tasks outside of your appointment time will be charged at the rate of $100/hour in 10min time blocks. This will be discussed with you by your treating clinician beforehand.
-Rehab Coach: Our Rehab coach, Melissa works with clients who need 1 on 1 help to complete their Physiotherapy programme within their home. Your Neurological Physioterhapist will set up the rehab coach programme and provide intermittant review appointments. This can be a great option of you need help to complete your programme, to increase intensity of your rehab, minimise costs or help maintain your improvements gained from your Physiotherapy appointments.
